We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Skudo application, in compliance with international data protection standards such as the GDPR (Europe) and Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP (Vietnam PDPA).

1. Data We Collect

We follow the principle of Data Minimization, collecting only the information strictly necessary for the game to function:

  • Account information: Email and Display Name (collected via Google Sign-In, email with OTP verification, or email and password registration).
  • Device information: Device ID and operating system version, used for session management and troubleshooting.
  • Game data: Game progress, mistake count, solving time, and hints used (to support progress synchronization).
  • Biometric data: Your fingerprint or FaceID is processed locally on your device only for app unlock authentication. We do not collect, store, or transmit this data to our servers.

2. How We Protect and Store Data

We apply strict security standards to protect your data:

  • No plaintext storage of Personally Identifiable Information (PII): Identifying information such as Email and Display Name is stored temporarily in memory (in-memory) only while the application is running. We do not persist this information to the device's physical storage.
  • Encrypted Tokens & Security Keys: Access Tokens, Refresh Tokens, and Device IDs are encrypted and stored in the operating system's secure enclave (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android).
  • Encrypted data in transit: All communication with our servers is transmitted over secure connections (HTTPS/WSS).

3. Third-Party Services

Skudo integrates with and shares limited necessary data with the following third-party services:

  • Google Sign-In: Used for account authentication. Google may collect data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Firebase Crashlytics (Google): To improve application stability, we collect anonymous crash reports (including device information, OS version, and crash context). This data does not contain personally identifiable information and complies with the Firebase Terms of Service.

We do not sell or share your personal data with any other third parties for commercial advertising purposes.

4. User Rights

You have full control over your personal data:

  • Right to Consent & Withdrawal: You are asked for consent before we collect behavioral analytics data. You can change this choice at any time in Settings > Privacy > Manage Consent.
  • Right to Access & Data Portability: You can download all your personal data and game history in a standard format (JSON) via Settings > Download Data.
  • Right to Erasure (Account Deletion): If you no longer wish to use the service, you can delete your account via Settings > Delete Account. All your information on our servers will be permanently removed, and all data stored on your device will also be cleared.

5. Data Retention

  • On-device data: Retained until you uninstall the application or perform an account deletion.
  • Server data: Retained to maintain your account until you request account deletion. Upon request, data will be permanently erased from our systems.
  • Crash reports: Anonymous crash reports are retained for a maximum of 90 days for technical debugging purposes.

Ứng dụng: Skudo - Sudoku Multiplayer

Chúng tôi tôn trọng và cam kết bảo vệ quyền riêng tư của bạn. Chính sách này mô tả cách chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ và bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân của bạn khi sử dụng ứng dụng Skudo, tuân thủ theo các tiêu chuẩn bảo vệ dữ liệu quốc tế như GDPR (Châu Âu) và Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP (PDPA Việt Nam).

1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

Chúng tôi áp dụng nguyên tắc tối thiểu hóa dữ liệu (Data Minimization), chỉ thu thập những thông tin thực sự cần thiết cho hoạt động của trò chơi:

  • Thông tin tài khoản: Email và Tên hiển thị (thu thập qua Đăng nhập bằng Google, đăng ký bằng email và OTP, hoặc đăng ký bằng email và mật khẩu).
  • Thông tin thiết bị: Mã định danh thiết bị (Device ID) và phiên bản hệ điều hành để quản lý phiên đăng nhập và khắc phục sự cố.
  • Dữ liệu trò chơi: Trạng thái màn chơi, số lần sai, thời gian giải đố, gợi ý đã sử dụng (để phục vụ tính năng đồng bộ tiến trình).
  • Dữ liệu sinh trắc học: Vân tay hoặc FaceID của bạn chỉ được xử lý cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn để xác thực mở khóa ứng dụng. Chúng tôi không thu thập, lưu trữ hay gửi dữ liệu này lên máy chủ.

2. Cách chúng tôi bảo vệ và lưu trữ dữ liệu

Chúng tôi áp dụng các tiêu chuẩn bảo mật nghiêm ngặt để bảo vệ dữ liệu của bạn:

  • Không lưu trữ thông tin cá nhân (PII) dạng văn bản thuần (Plaintext): Thông tin định danh như Email và Tên hiển thị chỉ được lưu trữ tạm thời trong bộ nhớ (in-memory) khi ứng dụng đang chạy. Chúng tôi không lưu trữ các thông tin này xuống bộ nhớ vật lý của thiết bị.
  • Mã hóa Tokens & Khóa bảo mật: Access Token, Refresh Token và Device ID được mã hóa và bảo vệ trong vùng an toàn của hệ điều hành (Keychain cho iOS, Keystore cho Android).
  • Mã hóa dữ liệu truyền tải: Tất cả dữ liệu giao tiếp với máy chủ đều được truyền qua kết nối an toàn (HTTPS/WSS).

3. Các dịch vụ bên thứ ba

Ứng dụng Skudo có tích hợp và chia sẻ một số dữ liệu cần thiết với các dịch vụ bên thứ ba sau:

  • Google Sign-In: Sử dụng để xác thực tài khoản. Google có thể thu thập dữ liệu theo Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google.
  • Firebase Crashlytics (Google): Nhằm cải thiện độ ổn định của ứng dụng, chúng tôi thu thập báo cáo lỗi ẩn danh (bao gồm thông tin thiết bị, phiên bản HĐH, ngữ cảnh khi xảy ra lỗi). Dữ liệu này không chứa thông tin cá nhân nhận diện được và tuân thủ theo Điều khoản của Firebase.

Chúng tôi không bán hoặc chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào khác nhằm mục đích quảng cáo thương mại.

4. Quyền của người dùng

Bạn có toàn quyền kiểm soát dữ liệu cá nhân của mình:

  • Quyền Đồng ý & Rút lại: Bạn được hỏi ý kiến trước khi chúng tôi thu thập dữ liệu phân tích hành vi. Bạn có thể thay đổi lựa chọn này bất cứ lúc nào trong mục Cài đặt > Quyền riêng tư > Quản lý quyền đồng ý.
  • Quyền Truy cập & Trích xuất dữ liệu (Right to Portability): Bạn có thể tải xuống toàn bộ dữ liệu cá nhân và lịch sử trò chơi của mình ở định dạng tiêu chuẩn (JSON) thông qua tính năng Cài đặt > Tải xuống dữ liệu.
  • Quyền Xóa dữ liệu (Right to Erasure / Xóa tài khoản): Nếu không muốn tiếp tục sử dụng dịch vụ, bạn có thể tự xóa tài khoản của mình bằng tính năng Cài đặt > Xóa tài khoản. Mọi thông tin của bạn trên máy chủ sẽ được xóa bỏ, đồng thời toàn bộ dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị cũng sẽ được dọn sạch.

5. Thời hạn lưu trữ dữ liệu

  • Dữ liệu cục bộ trên thiết bị: Được lưu giữ cho đến khi bạn chủ động xóa ứng dụng hoặc thực hiện chức năng xóa tài khoản.
  • Dữ liệu trên máy chủ: Được lưu giữ để duy trì tài khoản của bạn cho đến khi bạn yêu cầu xóa tài khoản. Khi có yêu cầu, dữ liệu sẽ bị xóa vĩnh viễn khỏi hệ thống của chúng tôi.
  • Nhật ký lỗi (Crash reports): Các báo cáo lỗi ẩn danh được giữ lại tối đa 90 ngày để phục vụ việc sửa lỗi kỹ thuật.
